Be Honest
Tell the truth about everything you know about the product you’re selling. It’s better to seemingly under promise than over.
Take Care of you Amigos and Amigas
Respond to the buyer in a timely fashion. Address them politely and respect their preferences. Try to form a bond with them to earn their trust.
Know When To Take A Break
Expect that you will meet different kinds of people on reselling. Take a break if you feel the need to get some fresh air.
Don’t Cheat Yourself
Make sure to always leave a room to make a decent profit when giving deals and freebies to your customers.
Be Personal
Add your personal touch like a stamp or customized bag that serves as your business trademark. You can also provide merchandising materials like calling cards, stickers, etc.
Set Up Online Ads
You can use Facebook Ads to boost your posts and content, reach your objectives, and to reach the right customers.
Offer Referral Incentives
On top of the usual promos offered by The Artisan Kitchen, you may offer them discounts, freebies, and priority service to customers who will refer or endorse you to their colleagues. This will help you gain more customers and at the same time sustain existing ones.
Be Active In Groups And Communities
This is where you can get more leads and customers. You can also get insights from these groups on how to push your products.
Make Enticing Promo Schemes
You can offer freebie schemes when customers reach a certain amount like giving Free Shipping for orders 5,000 and up.
Encourage And Share Customer Testimonials
Good reviews and testimonies will help you attract potential customers.
Be Locally Relevant
Don’t forget to start within your area or community. This is your captured market already and you know about their behavior and preferences. Through this, it will help you sell your products easily. You can also use the word-of-mouth strategy within the community.
Always Do The Amiga Strategy: Assist, Manage Inquiries and Give Actions in real time especially when it comes to customer complaints. Create your own return and exchange policy which may be in a form of exchanging the product or providing a discount instead. Create your own spiel or facebook on how to handle inquiries and complaints.
Hi, can a reseller use his/ her own brand? You mentioned possibly using our customized bags as business trademark. If we are an existing food seller, can you be a supplier? How can we try your products?
Hello Ms. Malen, Thank you for your interest on our products. If you’re pertaining to re-branding, currently we don’t allow that with all The Artisan Kitchen products but you can still sell our products and use a secondary packaging instead using your own brand (e.g. shipping bags, brown bag, eco bag with your brand logo) as mentioned for your business trademark. We would love to supply you our products even if you’re an existing food seller or a new one. You may send us a message via email of your contact details and if you have further questions so we can better assist you. We hope we were able to answer all your questions.
